The black tea is also from the Camellia Sinensis plant. The way the leaves are picked, withered, rolled, fermented and fired changes the tea to the so called, "Black Tea". This grade of black tea is manufactured using the "Orthodox Method". This method is used in Sri Lanka and India.
There is another method to process Black tea and it is known as CTC. This stands for "Crush, Tear Curl". This process is used in Sri Laka, India, Kenya and Vietnam.
